Students focus so disproportionately on so-called "top schools", claiming their social status, starting salary, and opportunities make them the schools that are "the most worth it". But are they always so?

We live in a world where it seems you have to cure cancer to get into college rather than vice versa. Everything you do in high school seems like it has to be polished and grand, all the time. Really, though, what does it matter if it's not by the real you?

Very often, students will spend countless nights awake, grinding, procrastinating, cramming for whatever thing, academic or otherwise, that demands their time, attention, and effort. What is often overlooked, however, is the opportunity cost of that same time - sleep.
