Students focus so disproportionately on so-called "top schools", claiming their social status, starting salary, and opportunities make them the schools that are "the most worth it". But are they always so?

Too often, students let anxiety, confidence impotency, and excuses deny them opportunities or even sabotage their academic careers. While the act of coping is completely understandable in the face of extreme odds, you shouldn't let it dominate your life.

Very often, students will spend countless nights awake, grinding, procrastinating, cramming for whatever thing, academic or otherwise, that demands their time, attention, and effort. What is often overlooked, however, is the opportunity cost of that same time - sleep.
